The 2005 - 2006 season is now complete for South Texas Junior Bible Quiz. Welcome to the new Quiz Year! South Texas sent Gulf Coast Christian Center to the 2006 National Festival and four teams to the South Central Regional, but the best news was that we had almost 200 kids learning the Word of God across the District. Register now to join in the fun, fellowship and excitement of JBQ!

2006 - 2007 Season

Last year was an exciting year across the District in JBQ.  This year we are expecting to form at least two new leagues in the District as we see JBQ continue to grow.

Changes for this year:
1. We are going forward through the questions this year as we continue to alternate each quiz season.
2. We are starting with four Leagues this season but may create two more before the year is over. Check the Leagues page for details.
3. We have modified an additional registration form for each quizzer. Please check the information page for the latest documents.
4. There is a NEW rule for Coaches appeals. PLEASE download it and read it carefully. You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to view and print this file. (Coach Appeal Revision )

2006 District Finals

District Finals were at Christian Temple this year. Teams from all across South Texas came to show their best in both Junior and Teen Quiz competition. When all was said and done, Revelation Generation took the honors, earning the right to represent the District at the National Festival. Also, for the first time, an Intermediate Division debuted at Districts, offering new opportunities for quiz teams.

2006 National Festival

Congratulations to Gulf Coast Christian Center from West Columbia. This was the second time to make it to the National Festival, finishing 40th out of 73 teams. Check out all of the results at the National Festival site here.
